View analysis like the image above will be performed on your site to help you and us understand what the best views are and what is around your site. When you visit us, images like the one above, but in actual motion will be observable on our 60" Sony flatscreen in our conference room. You've got to see this!

What will occur at your initial site visit:
1. Mr. Soellner will appear at your site or other convenient meeting location then proceed to the site with you.
2.  Mr. Soellner will walk your site and analyze what appears through his architect’s eye, to be the best location for your home or other facilities.
3.  Best apparent location for septic, well.
4.  Best location for entry driveway and parking area and garage backup.
5.  Best view directions with suggestions for view clearing.  

The above offer assumes:
A.  That your site is less than 5 acres in area.
B.  That your site is within 15 highway miles from Cashiers, NC.
C.  That your intentions are to locate one home on one site.  Fee will increase if more sites are involved.
D.  That your site is conveniently walkable without brush clearing and reasonably level.

This is normally a much more expensive analysis that we are offering to new clients at this time.
